Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, RJY Group was established to fill a clear gap in federal facilities services: a contractor who understood not only the mechanical systems that power critical infrastructure, but also the operational technology (OT) and cybersecurity layers that increasingly determine whether those systems can be trusted to perform.

We are a veteran-owned business, and that identity informs how we operate — disciplined planning, mission focus, and accountability to the customer. Our leadership team brings more than 15 years of combined experience across building automation, HVAC, mechanical systems, generator readiness, water treatment, and OT/ICS cybersecurity, with deep experience working inside federal facilities under FAR-compliant contracts.

Today, RJY Group serves as both a prime contractor and a trusted teaming partner, delivering integrated facilities and cybersecurity services to federal agencies, municipal customers, and commercial enterprises across Texas and the Gulf Coast.
