Throughout his career, Richard has been recognized for his ability to drive operational excellence, optimize multi-site logistics, and deliver innovative solutions for both federal and private sector clients.

As the Founder and Managing Director of RJY Group LLC, Richard (RJ) has led the company to become a trusted provider of preventative maintenance and logistics solutions. His leadership has enabled RJY Group to manage multi-million-dollar operational budgets efficiently and to implement cutting-edge technologies like real-time location systems (RTLS) for asset and cybersecurity tracking. Under his guidance, the company consistently exceeds client expectations and delivers scalable, quality-centric solutions for Facility Assets such as Smart Building, Direct Digital Control (DDC), Systems Configuration, Building Management System (BMS), Building Service Equipment (BSE), Process Metrics and HVAC and Chiller Preventative Maintenance & Repairs.
